Update online WireGuard VPN V.15.1

* Now IPv6 is disabled by default in the plugin configurations, adding it permanently in the kernel parameters, disabling it in the plugin configurations returns it to the original state.

* If the sounds setting in enigma2 is enabled and you are having problems restarting the GUI with a message on the screen, please disable it, I will find a solution for this.

* Fixed the WireGuard Vpn plugin installation shell.
