Changeset 11813 (1ecc214e)

Show compression information

* additional entry for compression tool, version and level in the oscam.version file..

* generation of the entry depends on USE_COMPRESS parameter..

* add missing COMP_LEVEL variable helptext in Makefile..

* minor whitespace fix..
