AKAI AKTV5021T UHD - Working USB Recovery Firmware.
Copy the unzipped files to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB.
Disconect TV from mains, conect USB.
Keep preset the TV power button and connect to mains.
Once the update progres starts release the power button.
Once the update is complete the TV will switch off automatically.
Disconect USB and restart TV.
It should work fine now.
