[Plugin] VTi Config Helper

[SatEmpire]

The Confighelper plugin brings all VTi configuration settings together in a single edit menu and allows to search specifically for configuration keys (yellow button) and/or sort the configuration entries by different criteria (blue button).
The plugin is precompiled, the older versions (up to v1.1) are only suitable for boxes with ARM CPU.

Version 1.3 :
- Support for Mipsel boxes (thanks to @rdamas for the support).
- Integration of EPG configuration settings
- Display improvements
- CSV export (/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/VTiConfigHelper/settings.csv is created automatically)
