I have SR-2000HD HYPER.
I installed a new server, but it appears as Apollo4, it should be Apollo5, for the VIP package I bought to work, but I installed the latest software file SR-2000HD_HYPER_V2.81(25725)_12072024.bin on your website, but Apollo5 does not work.
I am disturbing you because of this issue.
