Update:20220720:

- New option: Live TV channel numbering (see Tips)

Tip: The picon mode should preferably be set to Name on the VTI.
The current Pluto TV Picons should be deleted before a bouquet update.
Tip: If the Live TV channel numbering option is set to Plugin generated, the numbering does not change when pluto.tv changes the channel numbering.
The EPG assignment in foreign favourite bouquets that contain Pluto channels should always fit.
