Chicken is one of the most important sources of protein and is one of the most common foods in the world, but this food can become very harmful if prepared in an unhealthy way, such as frying in oil.
And according to Sky News, according to the Eat This website, eating fried chicken is not without major health risks, given that it contains a high percentage of trans fats.
And many restaurants offer fried chicken along with fries and soft drinks, and this issue makes matters worse, compounding the health damage.
Fried chicken meals attract many customers because of their low price, and because they are fast food that can be eaten in a short time, similar to sandwiches.
According to health experts, fried chicken has very bad effects such as:
Increase in the level of cholesterol in the blood:
Chicken pieces lose some of their liquid on the outside during the frying process, making them full of trans fats and what's known as bad cholesterol.
And if a person eats more fried chicken, layers of fat will build up on artery walls, worsening the risk of heart disease.
Gradual weight gain:
If you are one of those who constantly eat fried chicken, then you are exposed to intense weight gain, because a meal includes a large number of calories and its preparation is done in oil, after burying it in flour.
Sometimes a small meal of fried chicken can be around 1,000 calories, which is about or more than half of a person's daily calorie needs, at most.
Diabetes:
Foods that lead to weight gain lead directly to diabetes, which means a chronic disease lurks in those who eat too much fried chicken.
This is without talking about the custom of serving fried chicken with bread and soft drinks that contain a very high percentage of sugar.
Mood swing:
Eating fried chicken affects the production of bacteria that the human digestive system needs to function well.
According to the site, the interaction of hormones that appear in the body, after eating fried chicken, leads to a mood disorder.
Increased chance of death:
A previous study published in the British Journal of Medicine revealed that women who ate a meal of fried chicken at least once a day had a 13 percent higher risk of death compared to women who ate no fried food at all.
So reducing fried chicken consumption to just once a week would help people live longer and enjoy better health

To solve your hair problems once and for all, here is a list of the most important foods and vitamins

Many people see the appearance of hair as a sign of health or beauty. Like any other part of your body, hair needs a variety of nutrients to be healthy and grow properly. Hair growth and health are affected by a variety of factors, including diet, genetics, medical conditions, hormones, and even stress. A lack of vitamins and minerals that are important for normal cell growth is a major factor in hair loss, making some people to adopt hair vitamins as a way to solve hair problems.
It is important to adopt a balanced diet that is full of nutrients that hair cells need to divide and grow. If hair loss is caused by a vitamin and mineral deficiency, adding a hair nutritional supplement to a group of hair care regimens can stimulate the hair. It is important to consult a doctor before taking nutritional supplements.
The life cycle of hair is relatively short, healthy or not, and it is normal for a person to shed between 100 and 200 hairs per day.
Dr. Shelby Catpal, a dermatology specialist at the Cleveland Clinic, said there are reasons why women suffer from severe hair loss other than hair damage, such as dyeing, blow-drying and over-washing.
He said there are other factors such as nutritional deficiency and certain health problems such as thyroid disease and anemia, in addition to the influence of genetic factors, age and life events such as having certain major surgeries or having children.
Dr. Caterpal presents six types of vitamins and nutritional supplements that promote hair health and help treat hair loss or damage, in addition to the results you can expect.
Types of vitamins useful for hair
Hair vitamins are vitamins, minerals and nutrients that can help support the health and growth of your hair. They usually come in tablet or capsule form, containing a single vitamin or multiple vitamins intended to provide a variety of nutrients.
1. Multivitamins

Multivitamins can help bridge the nutritional gap, according to Dr. Caterpal, who recommends taking a multivitamin that contains B vitamins and zinc and at least 2,000 IU of vitamin D, especially since B vitamins and zinc play a role in follicular health. . B vitamins also help form red blood cells, while vitamin D can help form new red blood cells.
He added: “B vitamins are found in seafood, whole grains and dark leafy vegetables, while zinc is found in beef, lentils, oysters and spinach. Vitamin D is found in fatty fish, mushrooms, dairy products, grains and fortified beverages, among others."
2. Vitamin A

The expert emphasized that vitamin A is essential for cell growth and helps grow healthy hair, noting that skin glands also benefit from vitamin A and use it to produce sebum (the oily substance secreted by the skin). , which keeps the scalp moist. and hair health.
However, he warned that excessive consumption of vitamin A could cause hair loss, so care should be taken to consume a moderate amount of it, explaining that the recommended daily amount of this vitamin is 700 micrograms for women and 900 micrograms for men. showed that vitamin A is found naturally in milk, eggs, yogurt, sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, pumpkin, cabbage, and more.
3. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is known for its skin and hair benefits, according to Dr. Caterpal, who said it helps fight free radicals, which are harmful to hair health and growth. Vitamin C is also important for the production of collagen, the protein used to make keratin, the most important component of hair. Strawberries, peppers, etc

For world day: A female doctor reveals the benefits and harms of cheese and its relationship with love

On the occasion of World Cheese Day, which is celebrated on January 20 every year. Dr Yekaterina Stesenko, a Russian nutritionist, revealed the benefits and harms of cheese.

And the expert said in an interview with the newspaper "Izvestia" that cheese is a product consisting of 100 percent fat from cow's milk (goats, sheep) and if it contains 50 percent vegetable oils, then it should be called a cheese product. .

He says: "Why do people love cheese? It turns out that cheese contains an amino acid called phenethylamine (PEA), which is a neurotransmitter responsible for love. This chemical compound causes euphoria and is similar to the DNA found in chocolate and sausage The nutritional value of cheese is determined based on its ingredients.

And he adds, cheese contains 30 percent fat and no less than 20-25 percent proteins, phosphorus and calcium salts and a whole series of vitamins found in milk. And the proteins found in cheese are close to the proteins of the tissues and organs of the human body, so they are considered the most beneficial. Cheese also contains essential amino acids such as lysine, methionine and tryptophan, which is a precursor to serotonin, which positively affects emotional feelings.

And the expert points out that we must not forget that 56 grams of cheese (the typical cheese meal) contains no less than 15 grams of fat and 200 calories. Knowing that the approved daily amount of fat is 50-70 grams.

He says: "Cheese contains a high percentage of salts. For example, 60 grams of cheddar cheese contains 350 mg of salt. Everyone knows the negative effect of salt on blood pressure levels. Also, the contribution of salt to osteoporosis is a concern because salt helps elimination of calcium from the body." Therefore, if one suffers from hypertension and is overweight, one should at least reduce the consumption of cheese.

He adds, reducing the consumption of cheese and other dairy products is recommended for all those suffering from arthritis and migraines. Some studies have shown that dairy products negatively affect men's health.

He says, "But this does not mean that you should completely stop eating cheese. What is important here is moderation in eating 30-50 grams of cheese per day, which is good for health. It is better to eat cheese whose content of fat does not exceed 20-30 percent

Foods that turn into toxins after freezing
63ce78354c59b73aa469e7d8.jpg

Every housewife has frozen food that she keeps for every emergency, but not all food can be frozen. Because some of them turn into toxins after freezing.

And foods that are not recommended to be frozen, because they lose their potency and change their appearance and taste, although they do not lose their benefits, such as cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes, leafy vegetables, lettuce, milk and yogurt. Because these materials contain a high percentage of water, when they dissolve, they turn into mush, and their taste changes.

The controversy continues over the freezing of fruits, fruits and vegetables. Of course, these products retain vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients, but in low proportions. Therefore, in order to preserve the highest possible percentage of vitamins, for example, you must undergo shock freezing in special equipment.

Materials that turn into toxins after freezing are:

1- Eggs: Expert Sergey Lapatin points out that egg whites expand when frozen and cause cracks in the shell, through which germs and bacteria can enter. Therefore, if the eggs are to be frozen, the yolks and whites must be mixed and placed in a special container completely closed. They can also be frozen separately.

2- Soft cheese (non-hard cheese) When this type of cheese is frozen, its properties, taste and quality change and under the influence of low temperatures it cracks and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria.

3 - It is never recommended to re-freeze the ingredients a second time: meat of all kinds, fish of all kinds, because in this case pathological bacteria multiply and the protein of the meat loses its usefulness in case of re-freezing.

And it is advisable to keep frozen products for different periods: fruits - 9-12 months. cooked dishes - 1-3 months. vegetables - 3-12 months. Pastries - 1-3 months.

Produce should be washed and dried before freezing and placed in bags and containers. And they must be ripe, placed with a strong smell in two bags or special containers

A recent study revealed that people who have a sad voice are more likely than others to develop depression.

German researchers found that people with a wider vocal range were more open and happy with life, while those with a flat, monotone voice were more likely to be depressed.

This comes as recent figures show that one in six Britons suffer from depression and statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) found that the rate of depression among over-16s is higher than before the pandemic coronavirus and closure, according to the British newspaper Mirror.

And in some tragic cases, depression can even lead to suicide. According to studies, those who suffer from depression are 20% more likely to end their lives than those who do not suffer from this disease.

In the study, which was published in the Journal of Voice, the team analyzed the voices of more than 2,000 people aged 19-80 to see what their voices revealed about their physical and mental health.

The researchers found that voice can be a strong predictor of mental health, with voices of people with significantly lower ranges more likely to be unhappy. But they also discovered that a person's voice tells little about their physical health
