Amiko mini combo extra full HD Conax card reader M3526

Post by EI64DJC »

HI all
I Have an Amiko mini combo extra full HD Conax card reader the model number M3526 and dated 09/12/1016. Its T-DVB C-DVB S/S2-DVB receiver.
I did a search of Astra 2 satellite and saved it to USB to rearrange the order with ali channel editor. Saved list to USB as default data base instead of user data base. When I reloaded the channel list into the Amiko mini combo extra and reset the receiver, the receiver never booted. Now stuck ON and on and no video output.
Tried to locate original firmware for this box with no suggest. Searched the internet for hours and no suggest. Also, I have a RS232 to USB cable and its a 4 pin audio jacks. But don’t know where to plug it into the receiver. Can I use the scart to RS232 to flash the Amiko Mini Combo extra
Does anyone have step by step guide to recover this Amiko Mini Combo extra M3526
Thanks for reading this post.
Have a good day
Bye for Now

To recover a bricked or corrupted Amiko Mini Combo Extra (which uses the Sunplus M3526 processor), you will need a PC, a specialized RS-232 to 3.5mm Jack cable, a USB-to-RS-232 adapter (if your PC lacks a serial port), and the correct firmware to flash via the PC tool. The primary recovery method requires flashing the receiver using the PC tool and a serial cable, as USB upgrades may fail if the receiver is unresponsive or stuck in a bootloop.
