Without Seifert, the NZ team is short on artillery at the top and the Conway-Robinson pair would look to fire in unison. For the Windies, their T20 stalwarts - Hope and Powell - were amongst the runs and that should keep them in good stead. They bat deep and would look to go hard again. West Indies did spring in a surprise by beating the hosts in a closely contested affair. New Zealand at home are a tough proposition but Windies have been in decent form of late and that helped them to get over the line. New Zealand though would be itching to bounce back as losses at home irrespective of the format is a rarity for the Kiwis. West Indies understand that in a 5 game series the tables can turn and T20s is mostly about momentum as well. They have the momentum on their side and don't want to throw it away.
