V8X help with IPTV

I am very new to this so know nothing .
i ned help with it please i have installed latest mars.but not activated it yet.
i would like to install iptv but have no idea how to do this can someone help please??
i cannot find any instructions i have a x3m code but that's as far as i can get.....
