Is it possible to share M3U codes with several people?

Hello, I would like to know I see a lot of M3U code given for free on sites and telegram but is it possible to share them with our friends? Are there no restrictions? blocking? because IPTV providers often block 1 user from 1 screen.
Last questions do you know of a free IPTV panel to manage these free m3u codes?

Logically it is possible, but it all depends on the configuration of the server whether it authorizes or not.

yes, thank you, but so these links are made to be resold, right? the problem is that these are links whose origin we do not know, is it possible to duplicate the m3u code several times???
