Tested on OpenATV 7.2, PureE, Openpli, BH
Modifications:
1- Various modifications in the channel list
2- Modify the knife icon
3- Modifying the secondary menus with a more consistent color
4- Add a weather bar to the infobar
5- Other modifications to the event screen
