How to make green beans his way
Materials:
a kilo of green beans.
One large onion, finely chopped.
A kilo of squeezed tomato.
Salt + black pepper + bouillon cube.
1 tablespoon of ghee or 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Way:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, put the fatty substance and the chopped onion and saute until wilted.
- Add the squeezed tomatoes and let them boil until their texture intensifies.
- Put the stock cube with the spices and add 1/2 liter of boiled water or some boiled meat or chicken stock.
