Removed the EPGimporter settings override - it was causing unnecessary memory usage for people who didn't require it.
if your provider uses epg satellite refs, please change the epgimporter settings manually.
LOAD EPG ONLY SERVICES IN BOUQUETS - turn off for most people. Turn on if provider has epg satellite refs. (basically if you have an xstreamity/xklass epg importer reference in sources. You need this on.
