This isn’t a user setting issue ASTER’s multi-workplace isolation conflicts with the newer Snipping Tool’s capture method. That’s why it works only when ASTER is off. The only stable fix reported is using an older Snipping Tool or a different capture tool that doesn’t rely on Windows’ overlay system.Broken Display
