Former Bangladesh cricketer Tamim Iqbal on Monday underwent anemergency angioplasty after suffering a heart attackduring a Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL) match in Savar.
The left-handed batter, who has retired from international cricket, was rushed to a hospital after he complained of chest pain during the first innings of the match, reported ESPNCricinfo.
